This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.04.2018 which was forwarded by the first respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that a similar complaint has been registered in Crime No.2 of 2018, in which, the petitioner has been arrayed as a witness. 3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
