PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation in Crime.No.133/2021 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner and to file the final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.133 of 2021 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent and consequently direct the third respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner and to file the final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent completed investigation in Crime No.133 of 2021 and closed the same as 'Action Dropped' on 03.04.2022 and filed the closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Trichy District and as of now no complaint is pending is on the file of the second respondent.

3. Hence the petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Court in the manner known to law, if so, advised.
