ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the order in so far as the condition stipulated in Crl.M.P.No.5862 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruchirapalli so far as the imposition of condition directing the petitioners to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai till the disposal of the case.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2/5

conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5862 of 2022 dated 20.12.2022 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruchirapalli is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties(common surety)for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai till the disposal of the case.

4.In the result, this criminal original petition is allowed. 10.04.2023 NCC :
