O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner without following the due process of law.

2.According to the petitioner, without any complaint, the second respondent police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry.

Therefore, he has given a representation dated 01.06.2018 to the first respondent. Since no action has been taken on the petitioner's representation, he has approached this Court with the Criminal Original Petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the allegations of the petitioner are not correct and for evading arrest, he has filed the present Criminal Original Petition before this Court and he has also placed a copy of the FIR registered in Crime No.80 of 2018, under Section 379 IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act and Section 21(1) and 21(4) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.

made out to entertain the Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
