Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.LAXMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of M/S.ANANATHA DEVI Government Advocate (Criminal Side)and the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7613 of 2018, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 03.05.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
