This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 29.09.2016 and take necessary action within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that after investigation, a case has been registered in Crime No.856 of 2016, on 20.12.2016, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C. against the accused persons. He also produced a xerox copy of the First Information Report before the Court.
