PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family in the guise of repeated enquiry based on the false complaint given by the defacto complainant. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family in the guise of repeated enquiry based on the false complaint given by the defacto complainant.

2. Heard Mr.R.Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the records.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and his family members to the police station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the second respondent as against the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and therefore, no further enquiry is required and no question of harassment.
