Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Ka.No.Vu.Se.Po/Pa/KK.Nagar/A.No.276/14 dated 29.11.2014 and quash the same as illegal and in violation of principles of natural justice.

ORDER

Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 05.02.2015, a mediation took place between the petitioner and the second respondent, wherein, a settlement is arrived at between the parties. The relevant portion is usefully extracted below:- "1.The second respondent agrees to construct a wall with the height of 5 1⁄2 feet and length of 3 feet at the place where wash basin is situated, adjoining fence for installing meter and effecting electricity service connection. The second respondent further agrees to install a steel pipe in the said wall and to take the service line from the meter box to the first floor directly without disturbing the ground floor building.

2.The petitioner has no objection for the same and he agrees to remove the wash basin within a week time at their cost and expenses.

3.The above said terms of compromise may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be closed."
