O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent herein to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 30.07.2016. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.235 of 2016 under Sections 406, 420, 294(b), 506(i) of I.P.C, by the respondent Police and he has also produced a copy of the F.I.R before this Court.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
