ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 406, 417 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant has given a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- to the petitioners for investing the same in the share market. CRL OP(MD). No.7383 of 2022 complainant, trouble arose. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based upon the complaint given by the defacto complainant, only the petition enquiry is pending in C.P.No.359/SDO/Virudhunagar/2021 and so far, no case has been registered against the petitioners.

4.Since no case has been registered against the petitioners so far, the question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners may not arise.
