ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District to complete the trial in C.C.No. 58 of 2006.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District to complete the proceedings pending in C.C.No. 58 of 2006 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
