Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ANANDARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor for R2 and No Appearance either in person or by an Advocate for R1, the court made the following order:- The defacto complainant has filed this petition for cancellation of the order granting anticipatory bail to the accused. 2.The primary ground urged by the petitioner's counsel is that even though the accused was directed to report before the police daily at 10.30 a.m., he has not chosen to appear.
