PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned E-Tender Notification No.Na.Ka.A2/633/2026 dated 05.03.2026 issued by the 5th Respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondents to conduct a fresh tender process strictly in accordance with law after uploading complete tender documents including estimates, BOQ and specifications and by providing sufficient time for submission of bids.
