Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police.
2. There is no dispute that SF.No.175/3, Umayalpuram Village has been classified as river poromboke. The petitioner alleges that a temple has been constructed and that pits have been dug by the private respondents in the said survey number.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader confirms that the temple has not been put up in survey No.175/3. The said submission is placed on record. The official respondents are directed to ensure that no pits are dug in Survey No.175/3. In other words, the pristine character of Survey No.175/3 shall be maintained as such for all times to come. 3/6
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
