ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the judgment made in C.A. No. 135 of 2024 by the District and Sessions Judge, Karur on 06.10.2025 confirming the judgment passed in S.T.C. No. 242 of 2023 on the file of the learned JM (FTC), Karur on 26.06.2024 and set aside the same by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

2. The parties were directed to appear before the Mediation center attached to this Bench, wherein settlement agreement was arrived at between both the parties and the cheque amount has been received by the complainant.

3. Recording the settlement agreement dated 01.06.2026 before the Mediation Centre, the impugned order and judgment made in C.A. No. 135 of 2024 by the District and Sessions Judge, Karur on 06.10.2025 confirming the judgment passed in S.T.C. No. 242 of 2023 on the file of the learned JM (FTC), Karur on 26.06.2024, is set aside. The report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, shall form part and parcel of this order.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
