PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent no. 1 to 3 herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her property comprised in Sur.No.127/7, 127/8 & 129/9 situated at Sengulam Village, Tirumangalam, Madurai District from the hands of the respondent No.4 to 6.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her property comprised in Sur.No.127/7, 127/8 & 129/9, situated at Sengulam Village, Tirumangalam, Madurai District from the hands of the respondents 4 to 6.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner had lodged a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6118 of 2021 complaint before the third respondent on 21.04.2021 and the same is still pending.

3.Considering the above, third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 21.04.2021, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4, 5 and 6, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
