2.This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry. 3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, petition enquiry was conducted and thereafter, it was closed. He produced a copy of the Closure Report into the Court.
4. In view of the same, there is no necessity to issue a direction in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the same is dismissed.
