To call for the records in Special Sessions Case No.103 of 2019 on the file of the Leanred Sessions Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District and set aside the judgment dated 24.01.2023 and acquit the appellant of the charges leveled against him.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
