ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.04.2018 which was forwarded by the first respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that, based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered in Crime No.2 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) IPC and 5 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997 on the file of the second respondent police. 3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
