This petition is filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 14.10.2016 and proceed with the same as per law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 14.10.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the 3rd respondent police, on 17.12.2016 and produced a copy of the closure report before court.
