This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case as per the complaint of the petitioner, dated 15.04.2018. 2.According to the petitioner, she made a complaint to the respondents against the proposed accused for threatening her and interfering with the possession of the property, against which, the petitioner has also obtained a decree of permanent injunction in O.S.No.377 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur. Since no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint, she has come forward with the present Criminal Original Petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has not appeared for enquiry, but the proposed accused appeared for enquiry and gave a statement that he will not threaten the petitioner and also will not interfere with the possession of the suit property.

4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is still having any threat from the proposed accused, it is open to her to make a fresh complaint to the respondents against the proposed accused.
