ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.4. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.11.2011 for the offences punishable under Section 324, 302 IPC altered into 147, 148, 324, 302 IPC r/w 120 (B) IPC altered into 324, 302 IPC r/w 34 IPC on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.The petitioner is a life convict. When he has come out on parole, the offence in question was committed. By an order dated 12.03.2018, this Court had dismissed the petitioner's earlier bail petition. Solid and convincing reasons have been assigned in the said order dated 12.03.2018 for declining bail to the petitioner. There is no change in circumstances.
