ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking Patta in favour of his son viz., Sivaperumal. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has submitted that the petitioner, who is the father of one Sivaperumal, has filed the writ petition on behalf of his son, seeking Patta and therefore, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition by the person concernd.

3.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. It is open to the person concerned to file a fresh writ petition, seeking appropriate relief.
