For Respondent : Mr.Kr.Bharathikannan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.223 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 354 of IPC and Section 92(a) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 01.04.2021 at about 01.00 p.m., when the de-facto complainant was not in home, the petitioner criminally intimidated the de-facto complainant's wife and tried to have sexual intercourse with her. Again on 02.04.2021 at about 07.30 p.m., the petitioner scolded the de-facto complainant by mentioning his physical handicappedness and further told him that he would broke his leg. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a dispute between the parties and a false case has been foisted against him.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation is now pending.

5.Taking note of the serious allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
