This petition has been filed to directing the third respondent to conclude the investigation in the petitioner complaint in CSR No.976 of 2021, dated 06.09.2021.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 06.09.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
