Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JERIN MATHEW M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2309 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1483 of 2023 dated 10.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner was absent from 19.03.2023.

3.In view of the above submission, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period of three weeks and there after as and when required. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
