Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order made by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.12605/2009/Aa1, dated 20.10.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the fourth respondent to Register any document in respect of the petitioner lands bearing Survey No.747/5B with an extent of 840.1/8 Sq.feet to 78.07 Sq.meter bearing Doc.No.1-3872/2010, S.No. 747/5A with an extent of 739 1/2 Sq.feet to 68.70 Sq.meter bearing Doc.No. 1-2766/2011 and S.No.747/5A with an extent of 870 Sq.ft to 80.82 Sq.meter Doc. No.8243/2011 all properties mentioned in the above said documents are situated at Aranmanaipudur, Koduvilarpatti Village, Theni District and pass such other or further orders as this Court.
