ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.81 of 2014 and dispose the same within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Trichy and the same has been recalled on 25.06.2018.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case in C.C.No.81 of 2014 is pending for more than 4 years on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Trichy and the same may be disposed of within a time.

2014 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
