This petition is filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 26.10.2016 and proceed with the same as per law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 26.10.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police, on 10.12.2016 since the matter is civil in nature and produced a copy of the closure report before court. 4.Recording the above statement, this petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
