Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SANKARARAMASUBRAMANIAN A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition so far as the condition No.7(b) imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.2303 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner so far as the condition No.7(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit the original title deeds of immovable property worth of Rs.5,00,000/- either belonging to the petitioner, friends or relatives to the credit of Crime No.1 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi, at the time furnishing sureties;, instead of the petitioner shall deposit the original https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
