The petitioner has sought for re-survey to be conducted since according to the petitioner, wrong survey has been conducted in the absence of the petitioner and also without spot verification.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the authorities are acting upon the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.02.2025

Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's appplication for ordering re-survey and to cancel the wrong subdivisions in Survey No.228. The 2nd respondent shall pass final orders on 2/4

merits and in accordance with law after carrying out spot survey either by himself or through the 3rd respondent. Any other interested parties shall be put on notice before conducting the survey and any objections shall be also heard and considered. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
