This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint of the Petitioner dated 29.10.2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.10.2016, a case in Crime No.510 of 2016 was registered by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 290 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and produced a xerox copy of the F.I.R. into the Court.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.510 of 2016 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
