This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No. 1820 of 2026 dated 02.02.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet is made ready and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
