2. This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to register the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 17.05.2016.
3. The petitioner/defacto complainant had lodged a complaint stating that her son is missing.
4. It is represented by learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), that the police enquired the son of the defacto complainant and he stated that the complaint given by his mother is a false one and he also produced a copy of the statement given by the son of the petitioner.
5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
