O R D E R

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that petitioner has been arrayed as Accused No.8, in a criminal case, in Crime No.13 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 406, 417 and 420 of I.P.C., and subsequently, a charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.149 fo 2018, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy. He further submitted that there is no harassment to the petitioner at the hands of the respondent police.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
