Though this writ petition has been filed for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has confined his relief for considering his representation dated 29.01.2024. In the said representation, the petitioner has made serious allegations as against one Malick Hussain/the third respondent herein that he has misappropriated the waqf funds.

2.Mr.D.S.Haroon Rasheed, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents and submits that the representation of the 2/4

petitioner is under process. Board meeting has not been conducted in view of the ensuing parliament election and a decision would be taken within a period of twelve weeks.
