This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.24 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after registration of the First Information Report and investigation, the name of the petitioner has been deleted from the charge sheet and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
