The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, a condition was imposed by this Court to the effect that they shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand only] to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai-20, within a period of one week without prejudice to their rights and contentions before the Trial Court. When the matter was listed on 24.07.2020 'for reporting compliance', the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since there was a delay of one day in depositing the amount, the learned Magistrate concerned has not accepted the sureties.
