2.The petitioner has come forward with this Criminal Original Petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No. 211/2016 before the Lower Court within stipulated time fixed by this Honourable Court. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). 4.On a perusal of the copy of the F.I.R in Cr.No.211 of 2016, it is seen that one of the offences alleged to have been committed is under Section 3(2) (Va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Ordinance Act, 2014. Hence, the Deputy Superintendent of Police of the concerned District is the Investigating Officer. 5.Since proper party is not added as a party in this petition, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
