MUTHUSAMY, Advocate for the petitioners and of Ms.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent and the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6155 of 2018 dated 17.04.2018.

2.This Court while granting bail to the petitioners, directed them to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- together. The learned counsel for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioners submits that the petitioners are poor persons and therefore they are not in a position to deposit the said amount.

3.It is now submitted that charge sheet has also been filed. The injured was discharged from the hospital. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to Rs.20,000/- (Rs.10,000/- each).
