Respondents (R4 has been suo motu impleaded as per the order of this Court dated 28.09.2015) Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to relocate the speed breaker to regulate the speed of the vehicles near the entering point of lake area and TTC Nagar Ward No.28, Madurai and to ensure safety of the residents of the said area on the basis of the representations of the petitioner dated 11.11.2014 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.
