This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(ii) that is "After release, the petitioners shall stay at Thoothukudi, appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi daily at 10.00 A.M., until further orders imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.732 of 2026 (CNR.No. TNKK01-001171-2026) dated 06.03.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners was working at Chennai and they unable to comply with the condition imposed by the trial court regularly. Hence, he prays for modifying of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have not been complying with the condition imposed by the trial Court regularly. 2/4

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.732 of 2026 (CNR.No.TNKK01-001171-2026) dated 06.03.2026, is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month ie., first Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
