O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction, to call for the records relating to the case in C.C.No.98 of 2008 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai and quash the same.

2. It is seen that the alleged offences attributed against the petitioner is under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner and the second respondent appeared in person and their identification is also verified by this Court and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent filed a memo of compromise stating that since the matter has been compromised, the second respondent agreed to quash the above said case in C.C.No.98 of 2008 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the nature of allegation and also considering the memo of compromise filed by the petitioner and the second respondent, this Court is of the view that there is no need to pass

any orders in this case. Therefore, the entire proceedings in C.C.No.98 of 2008 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai in respect of the petitioner alone is, hereby, quashed and this Criminal Original Petition is allowed accordingly. The joint compromise memo shall form part of the order of this Court. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(P&A) /TRUE COPY/ Sub Assistant Registrar Photo Copies of Joint Compromise Memo are enclosed. To:
