Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SATHYACHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is 1/3

complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and he would further submit that the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned trial Court for each and every hearing date.
