... RESPONDENT PRAYER : Criminal Original is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the II Additional District Judge (for C.B.I. Cases), Madurai to conduct the trial proceedings in C.C.No.2 of 2016 and on day to day basis and to conclude the trial proceedings within the stipulated time which this Honourable High Court may fix in the facts and circumstances of the case.

ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the II Additional District Judge (For CBI Cases), Madurai vide the letter in D.No.587 dated 04.09.2018, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Y.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.N.NAGENDRAN, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases on behalf of the respondent, this Court made the following order:- " At the request of the learned Presiding Officer, time is extended by further period of three months from today. 2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI is directed to instruct the Investigating Officer in this case to be present in the trial Court on every date of hearing date and ensure witnesses are produced on the date of hearing.
