This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner without following due process of law on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2017.

2.It appears that the third respondent herein has given a complaint. The petitioner also claims certain rights on the basis of gift deed. The petitioner further states that the third respondent is none other than her son and that he has given a complaint making false allegations. It further stated that the petitioner has been harassed by the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and the complaint was also closed. It is further stated that no further enquiry is contemplated and therefore there is no question of harrassment. 4.Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal Original petition is dismissed.
