The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the writ petition has been filed based on a contract, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. However, he seeks liberty to redress his grievance against the respondents as per the contract in the manner known to the petitioner under law. 2.After recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to take action against the private respondent as per the contract in the manner known to the petitioner under law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
