ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 I.P.C, in Crime No.5 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner herein is the husband of the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant specifically submitted that 36 1⁄2 sovereign gold are still in the custody of the petitioner. It is disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
