This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent Registrar in No.199/A4/2015 dated 14.01.2015 and direct the 2nd respondent herein https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to pass appropriate orders forthwith for cancellation of sale deed under Doc.No.1960 of 2009 in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Nazareth by conducting necessary enquiry in the light of the Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent herein.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that the Circular 67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent has already been withdrawn.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
