Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.MUTHUSAMY, Advocate for the petitioners and of Ms.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent and the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6155 of 2018 dated 17.04.2018.

2.This Court while granting bail to the petitioners, directed them to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- together. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are poor persons and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ therefore they are not in a position to deposit the said amount.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioners undertake that they shall deposit the amount of Rs.20,000/-within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit and appearance of the petitioners before the Trial Court, the non-bailable warrant issued against them shall stand withdrawn.
